2. What do you love most about the working environment at Miên Man?
• Quốc Pháp: The dedication. I deeply respect the investors and managers at Miên Man. No flowery words — just straightforward, decisive action. Everyone shows their sincerity through what they do. If you’ve worked in many different environments, you’ll truly appreciate everything here.
• Thảo Lê: The energy. The will and sense of responsibility. The management team has never made a promise to us that they didn’t keep.
• Trần Thu: The culture of “thank you” and “sorry”. I feel incredibly lucky that, on my first part-time job, I found such a genuine workplace.
• Phạm Anh: The scoldings from the managers 😆. They hurt — but they always made me want to be better.
